Jack Ng is the General Manager of Second Talent, where he has run the business since 2023. He brings more than ten years of experience in recruitment, people operations, and business development, and helps companies audit and rebuild their hiring and people strategies. Jack co-founded Betterment Asia, a boutique recruitment firm serving tech startups and the retail sector, which he ran for over a decade. He has also led global recruitment and people operations for a fast-growing tech company and started his career at Morgan McKinley and Marks Sattin in Hong Kong. He holds a master's degree in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University and a BA in Financial Economics from the University of Liverpool.
