Digitmafia Limited (數位達人有限公司) (“Second Talent”) respects the privacy of individuals with regard to personal data.
Digitmafia Limited（數位達人有限公司）（以下簡稱「Second Talent」）尊重個人於個人資料方面之隱私權。
A. Information Collected
蒐集之資訊
1. Your “Personal Data” consists of any information we collect that identifies you, or from which you are reasonably identifiable, and includes:
您的「個人資料」係指本公司所蒐集之任何足以識別您身分，或依合理方式可識別您身分之資訊，包括：
a. information collected when you fill in our Candidate Data Form or update your information with us, which may include personal data such as your photograph, name and contact details;
您填寫本公司求職者資料表或於本公司更新資料時所蒐集之資訊，可能包括照片、姓名及聯絡方式等個人資料；
b. the contents of all documents submitted to us;
您向本公司提交之所有文件內容；
c. any messages or comments you submit to us in whatever manner, which may include personal data such as name, email address and telephone number; and
您以任何方式向本公司提交之訊息或意見，可能包括姓名、電子郵件地址及電話號碼等個人資料；及
d. CCTV/security recordings and location tracking/GPS information.
監視器／保全錄影紀錄，以及定位追蹤／GPS資訊。
B. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data
蒐集個人資料之目的
1. By providing any of your Personal Data to Second Talent, you hereby agree that Second Talent shall collect, retain and use the Personal Data for the following purposes:
您向Second Talent提供任何個人資料，即表示您同意Second Talent得為下列目的蒐集、保留及使用該等個人資料：
a. to determine your suitability for a position with our clients or for within Second Talent and, if applicable, your terms of employment or engagement; and/or
判斷您是否適合本公司客戶或本公司內部之職位，以及（如適用）您的僱用或委任條件；及／或
b. disclosed to third parties to verify or obtain additional information including education institutions, current/previous employers and credit reference agencies; and/or
向第三方（包括教育機構、現任／前任雇主及信用查詢機構）揭露，以核實或取得補充資訊；及／或
c. providing you with services or benefits under any of Second Talent's businesses; and/or
向您提供Second Talent各業務項下之服務或福利；及／或
d. where relevant, marketing of services and sending any updates or market intelligence to you; and/or
於相關情形下，向您行銷服務並寄送更新資訊或市場情報；及／或
e. performing statistical analysis for various objectives in Second Talent; and/or
為Second Talent之各種目的進行統計分析；及／或
f. purposes connected with the operation, administration, development or enhancement of Second Talent's business, including to support and/or assist in any of Second Talent's businesses (for example, providing information on you and your working experience to fulfil information required for tender submissions or regulatory requirements); and/or
與Second Talent業務之營運、管理、發展或提升有關之目的，包括支援及／或協助Second Talent之各項業務（例如提供您本人及工作經歷之資訊，以符合專案標案提交或法規要求所需之資訊）；及／或
g. where required by law, where Second Talent considers that such use or disclosure is necessary to respond to any claims or legal process, or where Second Talent suspects that fraud or unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in; and/or
於法律要求之情形下，或Second Talent認為該等使用或揭露係回應請求或法律程序所必要，或Second Talent懷疑已發生、正在發生或可能發生詐欺或不法行為時；及／或
h. where a third party acquires or wishes to acquire, or makes inquiries in relation to acquiring, an interest in Second Talent; and/or
於第三方已取得、欲取得，或就取得Second Talent權益提出詢問時；及／或
i. where a third party requires it in order to perform functions or services as required by Second Talent (for example, to insurance companies arranging Second Talent's term life policy, or banks arranging salary remittances); and/or
於第三方為履行Second Talent所要求之職能或服務而有需要時（例如提供予安排Second Talent定期人壽保險之保險公司，或安排薪資匯款之銀行）；及／或
j. where a third party requires it in order to perform functions or obligations required under laws, rules, regulations, by-laws and/or guidelines (whether or not having the force of law), or as required by governmental and/or non-governmental authorities, agencies or departments (for example, to external auditors auditing Second Talent's human resource processes); and/or
於第三方為履行法律、規則、法規、章程及／或指引（不論是否具法律效力）所要求之職能或義務，或政府及／或非政府機關、機構或部門所要求者（例如提供予審計Second Talent人力資源流程之外部審計人員）；及／或
k. making such disclosures as may be required for any of the above purposes or by law.

C. Use and Disclosure
使用及揭露
1. You agree that Second Talent may disclose and transfer (whether in your country or abroad) your Personal Data amongst its affiliates and/or to third parties — including but not limited to Second Talent's clients to whom you are/will be introduced, Second Talent's agents, consultants, solicitors, auditors, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, advertisers, network operators, associated companies, relevant authorities, embassies, statutory or regulatory bodies, financial institutions, any person under a duty of confidentiality to Second Talent, any referee whose details you provide, proposed assignees or transferees of Second Talent's rights, service providers for Second Talent's operational, administration and development requirements, and organisations providing archival, auditing, professional advisory, debt collection, insurance, banking, marketing, advertising, mailhouse, delivery, recruitment, call centre, technology, research, utility and security services — to use, disclose, hold, process, retain or transfer such Personal Data for the purposes set out in (B) above, for and on behalf of Second Talent.
您同意Second Talent得於您所在國家或海外，將您的個人資料揭露及轉移予其任一關係企業及／或第三方，包括但不限於您已經或將被介紹之Second Talent客戶、Second Talent之代理人、顧問、律師、審計人員、員工、承包商、供應商、合作夥伴、廣告商、網路營運商、關係公司、相關主管機關、大使館、法定或監理機構、金融機構、對Second Talent負有保密義務之任何人員、您所提供之推薦人、Second Talent權利之受讓人或受轉讓人、為Second Talent營運、管理及發展需求提供服務之服務提供者，以及提供檔案保存、審計、專業顧問、催收、保險、銀行、行銷、廣告、郵務、遞送、招募、客服中心、科技、研究、公用事業及保全服務之機構，供其代表Second Talent為上述（B）項所列目的使用、揭露、持有、處理、保留或轉移該等個人資料。
2. You hereby confirm that you have duly obtained the consent of your referee(s) for the use and disclosure of your referee(s)' Personal Data to Second Talent, and that Second Talent may use your referee(s)' Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
您茲確認已合法取得您所提供推薦人之同意，就其個人資料予Second Talent使用及揭露，且Second Talent得依本隱私聲明使用該等推薦人之個人資料。
D. Impact of Non-Provision of Personal Data
未提供個人資料之影響
1. Please note that if sufficient Personal Data is not supplied, or is not satisfactory to Second Talent and its clients, your application or request to Second Talent for any of the purposes set out in (B) above may not be accepted or acted upon, and Second Talent will not be able to provide the full range of benefits and/or services it offers.
請注意，若未提供足夠之個人資料，或所提供之個人資料未能使Second Talent及其客戶滿意，則您向Second Talent就上述（B）項所列目的提出之申請或請求可能無法受理或處理，且Second Talent將無法提供其所提供之完整服務及／或福利。
E. Storage and Retention of the Personal Data
個人資料之儲存及保留
1. Your Personal Data shall be stored either in hard copies at Second Talent's offices, or in servers located in or outside your country, operated by Second Talent or its service providers in or outside your country.
您的個人資料將以紙本形式儲存於Second Talent辦公室，或儲存於位於您所在國家境內或境外，由Second Talent或其服務提供者於境內或境外所營運之伺服器中。
2. Any Personal Data supplied by you will be retained by Second Talent as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated in (B) above, or as required to satisfy legal, regulatory or accounting requirements, or to protect Second Talent's interests.
您所提供之任何個人資料，Second Talent將保留至達成上述（B）項所列目的所需之期間，或符合法律、法規、會計要求或保護Second Talent權益所需之期間為止。
F. Confidentiality
保密
1. Personal Data held by Second Talent will be kept confidential in accordance with this Privacy Notice and any applicable laws that may from time to time be in force.
Second Talent所持有之個人資料，將依本隱私聲明及當時適用之相關法律予以保密。
2. Any questions, comments, suggestions or information other than Personal Data submitted to us in whatever manner will be deemed voluntarily provided to Second Talent on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis.
除個人資料外，您以任何方式向本公司提交之任何問題、意見、建議或資訊，均視為您自願以非保密及非專屬之基礎提供予Second Talent。
3. Second Talent reserves the right to use, reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish, broadcast and/or post elsewhere such information freely as set out in (C) above.
Second Talent保留依上述（C）項所定方式，自由使用、重製、揭露、傳輸、發布、播送及／或轉載該等資訊之權利。
G. Safety of Personal Data

1. Second Talent uses a number of mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of your Personal Data.
Second Talent採用多種機制以保護您個人資料之安全性及完整性。
H. Transfer of Personal Data
個人資料之轉移
1. Due to the global nature of Second Talent's business, Second Talent may transfer your Personal Data to its affiliates (which may be located in other countries) or to any parties located in other countries (including countries with a different data protection regime than that of your own country). Any Personal Data transferred shall be used for the purposes set out in (B) above and disclosed to the parties stated in (C) above.
鑑於Second Talent業務之全球性，Second Talent得將您的個人資料轉移至其位於其他國家之關係企業，或位於其他國家之任何相關對象（包括個人資料保護規範與您所在國家不同之國家）。任何經轉移之個人資料，僅得用於上述（B）項所列目的，並揭露予上述（C）項所列對象。
I. Right of Access to Personal Data
個人資料之查閱權
1. Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access your Personal Data held by Second Talent upon payment of a prescribed fee, and to request correction of Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up to date.
依台灣《個人資料保護法》規定，您於支付規定費用後，有權查閱Second Talent所持有之您的個人資料，並得請求更正不準確、不完整、有誤導性或非最新之個人資料。
2. If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Notice, or wish to request access to your Personal Data, or to correct your Personal Data, or to withdraw your consent to Second Talent's processing of your Personal Data for the purposes set out in (B) above or the transfer of your Personal Data to the parties stated in (C) above, you may send your request in writing to the following contact point: talenthr@secondtalent.com.
