Our Story
We weren't looking to offshore. We were looking for great engineers.
In our early days running an e-commerce agency for high-growth startups and enterprises, we hired locally and hit the same walls everyone hits. Rising costs, constant turnover, platforms that did not work for what we needed.
So we built our own pipeline. Remote engineers across Southeast Asia, eventually a 50+ person team spanning Vietnam, Indonesia, and Taiwan. As our clients saw what we had built, they asked us to do it for them. That is how Second Talent was launched.
Today we connect 200+ companies globally with senior talent across nine Asian markets. We handle sourcing, vetting, matching, and ongoing operations so our clients can focus on building.
