Anita Wong is the Chief People Officer at Second Talent, where she has led talent strategy since 2024. She oversees recruiting, strategic workforce planning, and the people systems that help clients and the Second Talent team grow across Asia. Before joining Second Talent, Anita spent four years as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Meta, where she scaled recruitment processes and built programs for talent development. She studied at the University of California, Berkeley, and is based in Hong Kong.
