Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
- Develop research reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research insights into product design and development.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to represent user needs and experiences.
- Stay updated with research methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Advocate for the user perspective and ensure research findings drive design and product decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in user research and usability testing with a strong portfolio of research studies.
- Proficiency with research tools and methodologies (e.g., SurveyMonkey, UserTesting).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
