Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand features, design test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
- Document test results, report defects, and track issues through resolution.
- Participate in the development of testing strategies and best practices.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to assess system reliability and scalability.
- Stay updated with testing tools, techniques, and industry trends to enhance testing practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing or documentation.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker).
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
