Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in adopting and effectively implementing Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners to help them fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to identify and address impediments to Agile adoption and execution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams evolve their Agile practices.
- Provide training and workshops on Agile principles and best practices.
- Measure and report on Agile performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about Agile trends and methodologies to offer innovative solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor? degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC),
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Proven experience in Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and drive cultural change within organizations.
