Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in hardware security engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hardware design principles, including ICs, PCBs, and microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of embedded systems security and cryptographic implementation.
- Familiarity with side-channel attacks, fault injection techniques, and tamper-resistant designs.
- Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog or VHDL.
- Experience with hardware security tools like JTAG, UART, and power analysis tools.
- Solid knowledge of FPGA or ASIC development processes and their security implications.
- Understanding of supply chain security and hardware authentication mechanisms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve complex hardware security issues.
