What is IT staffing, and how does it differ from contracting?
IT staffing is the engagement model where companies access pre-vetted technology professionals through a third-party provider that handles employment, payroll, and compliance. Which engagement models do you support?
Two flexible models under one MSA: Talent Subscription (fully-managed engineers on monthly subscription, ideal for ongoing capacity) and Direct Hire (permanent placement onto your payroll for a one-time fee). Switch or combine without renegotiating contracts. EOR-managed conversion is available if you later want to bring a subscription engineer onto your own payroll.
How fast can you match a candidate?
Six to eight pre-vetted candidate profiles within 24 hours of intake. Interviews can start the same week. Most clients have a signed engineer joining their team within 7 to 10 business days.
How much do IT staffing services cost?
Talent Subscription: from $2,999 per engineer per month, all-inclusive. Direct Hire: 20-25% of first-year salary as a one-time fee (25% standard, 20% for 3+ volume hires). See the pricing page for full tier details.
How is vetting done?
Every engineer passes a four-stage screen: technical assessment (problem-solving and system design), AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, modern stack fluency), English proficiency at C1+ level, and a behavioral interview with one of our senior recruiters. We accept under 1% of applicants.
Can I convert a Talent Subscription engineer to a full-time hire?
Yes. No buyout fee or conversion charge. We facilitate the transition via our EOR service across Asian markets, so the engineer can start as a direct or EOR-managed FTE the next month.
What happens if an engineer is not a fit?
Replacement guarantee for the first 30 days at no charge on Talent Subscription, and 60 days on Direct Hire. Beyond that, our 98% retention rate reflects that this rarely happens. No minimum-commitment penalty.
How do you handle compliance, payroll, and IP?
We operate as the legal employer in each market via our owned entities (Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China). Local labor compliance, statutory benefits, payroll, tax filings, and IP assignment all handled. Single USD invoice to your business each month.
